This place was super clean & had every amenity I could think of. The staff was kind, responsive, and wizards with brilliant recommendations of where to grab a bite & get an effective, nurturing massage— Wiesbaden. On arrival I was given a s’mores kit, which I made over the cozy fire they kept going out back. Riverside is exactly that, on the river. I would recommend this place— highly, highly.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were reachable and prompt to respond by text message.

We came in the off season and the restaurant couldn’t accommodate a party as large as ours for dinner. We had a family of 6, a family of 7, and my 2 parents. If you have a large group like ours, try to call the restaurant ahead of time and make a reservation.

Friendly people, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, easy to access location.

My room is on the second floor. They use industrial steel grates flooring to get to the room. I can see how far I am from the ground. I'm afraid of heights. I had a panic moment.

The location was great and the room was really clean. And all the staff was really really friendly and helpful.

I was fine with everything!

Every member of staff I ran into seemed to both enjoy being there and tried their best to make sure I enjoyed being there. Every one was very genuine and caring.

I lost my phone on this trip but that was my own dumb fault. 😑 I do wish there had been more late night food options.

The cabin was well maintained along with the laundry facilities. The views from the cabin were beautiful.

The hotel is located in a narrow mountain valley, and the sign for the facility faced the two cliffs, not the oncoming traffic. In addition, it was paired with the sign for a gas station, and the hotel "check-in lobby" was located in the gas station. We drove past the property twice because what we could see was the gas station, not anything resembling a hotel entrance.

We liked the convenience of the store and our spot by the hot tubs and grill. Staff was very helpful.

The pillows were so hard to sleep on. It felt like sleeping on a piece of paper with 2 feathers inside. No support, my neck is killing me from it. The sound proof wasn't a sound proof room we couldn't watch a movie without the neighbors banging on our wall it was only 8 and we wanted to watch a movie with our dinner. The parking is a bit awkward as well.
