Extremely clean and updated, staff friendly and communicative

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful with their suggestions of where to get find groceries. The breakfast had a great variety and the location to the highway was perfect.

The room was a little dark as there were no lights in the ceiling.

The breakfast selection was nice and the staff was friendly.

The room was not the cleanest. There was hair on the sheets and the bathroom had spots in the sink and countertop. It was very worn down and the paint was needing a retouch. The view from our room overlooked a worn down barn with doors hanging off and an old trailer that looked like someone was living in. Overall it did not feel clean or comfortable for the price that was being charged per night.

Room was clean and decor was up to date, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was great! The lady who worked at breakfast was so kind and gave my son a hot cocoa packet. Would love to stay again!

Absolutely spectacular! Great room, quiet, smelled fantastic even in the lobby it just smelled so good in this hotel… the bathroom was huge a girls absolute dream lol and the staff was amazing, I’d have to give it a 10/10!

Conveniently located, 10 minutes from downtown. Fresh look. Could not beat the price. Close to North Lime Coffee.

This location was 7 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park , and quite an easy drive into downtown Lexington, especially with the highway access being so close. The property was clean , comfortable , and modern.

I would have enjoyed having breakfast start earlier on weekends, as I was there horse showing and was up before breakfast had started.

No water supplied like previous Best Western. I had to move furniture to plug in my Cpap device. Behind furniture is not cleaned. So clumsy outlet access and dirty access to the outlet between the beds.
