it was clean, spacious and the staff was nice

we were on the bottom floor and you could hear the person above us walking, moving furniture, etc at 3am. The AC / Heating Unit in the room helped to drown out the noise.

Close and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Very clean and spacious room.

The front desk was a little confused about what to do when the fire alarm went off.

Good location. Friendly staff. Great price. Bed comfy, especially for tall people, (had to climb up in it). Lol

All of the staff at this hotel were extremely nice. Buck the dog will greet you. He is the hotel dog! The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices! The pumpkin spice waffles were so good! Great location! Evergreen is an adorable town! We were there for a wedding at the Evergreen Lake House. It was only 10 minutes away.The hotel is quiet and very clean. The day we stayed, it snowed 3 inches! We went to the outdoor hot tub and it was a great experience!

The indoor hot tub was out of order. The pool was cold. We did not mind, but daily cleaning of your room is not available. They only cleaning is on your departure.

Fire alarm going off at 4 am.

1) Set away from shopping area across the street 2) Showerhead with 3 water pressures 3) Sofabed was helpful

A) Digital clock was set to the wrong date (clocks need to be set properly before a guest checks in) B) Morning manager was extremely indefinite, even after difficulty encountered (loss or theft of my property) leading me to an unexpected stay there was explained to "John" C) Reliability of local transportation persons was highly questionable: ride reservations were made, but all phone numbers called resulted in dispatchers claiming they did not desire to pickup from the hotel location D) Tags on mattresses, pillows, blankets, and cords for appliances (television, microwave, air conditioner, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, clock radios, lamps, etc) are unnecessary, AND need to be removed from items before they are distributed to rooms E) Sofabed sheets seemed unchanged from previous guests' use of the room (not very hygienic) F) The morning staff were highly unhelpful in helping to arrange transportation for me: I would prefer to avoid the place, because of their rude and selfish behaviour (including the supervisor, John); but if they were not present, I might consider another stay, under better circumstances [when I had not encountered a theft of my equipment the night before]

Location was good, place was beautiful, folks were nice, it was a nice room.

Not a fan of how expensive the room was for a Thursday night.

The breakfast was fine but the comfort of the bed was very good. It was a bit challenging to find as it was tucked away up a hill behind some trees but that added to the peacefulness of the experience.

The location was a bit difficult to locate but after calling the desk attendant we found it with the help of her instructions.
