Estacionaron un autobús afuera de la habitación con el motor andando, es muy molesto el ruido y NO se puede descansar, ya hablé a recepción pero comentan NO pueden hacer nada, que lástima echen a perder todo por este detalle.

La recepcionista del turno de mañana estaba como molesta y nos atendió muy sin ganas, en el desayuno llegamos faltando 5min para que terminara el horario y ya nos hicieron caras y casi nos corren de la cocina

I liked the customer service. Everybody was very nice.
There was only one roll of toilet paper in our restroom and the bed felt uncomfortable. I felt itchy sort of like there were bed bugs. Other than that, everything else was clean.

The breakfast was delicious! I was traveling with my parents and it was so nice to have both American and Mexican options for breakfast. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had, Esmeralda the assistant in the kitchen was very kind and helpful. The staff at the front desk were also very kind and helpful.
