The breakfast was awesome! I especially loved the hot tub! My daughters thought the mirror in the bathroom was exquisite - especially to do makeup and see your pores. I loved how they had extra shampoo and conditioner etc…..

My husband said, “The beds weren’t as comfortable and the pillows aren’t adequate for side sleepers.”

Nothing wrong with these Hotel

Overall, the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was above average. The bathrooms were nice and a quality upgrade. The guy that checked me in was very polite and courteous.

The beds were very hard, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The person I dealt with upon leaving, their name was Leslie, was a horrible example of customer service. I am a diamond member at other hotels. But even when I wasn’t a diamond member, when I would leave, the hotel would have a nice little grab bag for the road. So when I was leaving the hotel today, I noticed what look like little similar grab bags for the road and I proceeded to get one for me and my son. We had driven 14 hours to get to this hotel and had another 14 1/2 to get home, so I thought these were just courtesy bags for staying at the hotel and wishing us safe travels. I was corrected very promptly and adamantly that I was wrong in my assumptions by Leslie, who came running from the back room. They informed me that these bags were for Diamond/elite members. They did not ask me first if I was a diamond/ elite member just automatically assumed that I was not, and begin to embarrass me and my son in front of a lobby full of people telling me that I could not take one of these bags and wanted to know why I thought I could. These bags simply had a bottle of water and an apple, and maybe one other small thing in them. Nothing more than a dollar worth of material in there. You would’ve thought I was stealing the company towels and pillows by the way I was treated when I wrongfully picked up the “special” bags. I gave the bags back and proceeded to leave. A few hours down the road I received a call , and wouldn’t you know it was Leslie, wanting to know how my stay was. When I began to express my frustrations with the way everything went down, I was met with excuses and then hung up on. If this is the representation of your hotel, you can rest of sure that I will never receive a ”special” bag because there is no way I would stay at this chain again. As a successful business owner myself, I am very aware of how important it is to take care of your customs.

The staff were exceptionally cheerful, helpful, and kind! Great food within a few steps of the hotel. So close to many needed facilities. The guest laundry location right by the elevator was also incredibly convenient!
