Lack of help on phone. Couldn’t get to hotel from airport. Unable to cancel reservations. Will NEVER use la Quinta again.

Hotel is nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, which I liked,I was on the ground floor, which suited me as I do struggle to walk on bad days with my knees,my room was close to the pool,but the pool is very small,you can't swim in it.
The breakfast wasn't my thing, very disappointing, even though it was included we ate out, I found everything over processed, and just poor quality. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible, I don't know how ladies do there make up, lack of space in the bathroom to put toiletries and hang towels for 2 people,I don't mind using a towel again but there is no where to hang a couple of towels to dry,lack of draws in the room,if your staying for 5 days or more you want to be able to unpack your suitcase, it's OK if your just here for a couple of night to live out of a suitcase.

The hotel itself was very beautiful. The staff were all very friendly & helpful. Loved the breakfast in the morning. The indoor pool was also a plus.

Everything about this hotel was MARVELOUS! The breakfast was A1! The fact that they had not ONE but FOUR waffle makers was impressive! The pool was very clean and the patio was nice as well! The rooms were VERY clean and housekeeping cleaned our room daily. Staff was absolutely the best hotel staff I have ever come across! They were very nice and made you feel like a priority! They also had a bar and the staff there were awesome!
I think the patio area needs some kind of shade or umbrellas for the tables. And maybe add a few more tables to the patio.

Location close to highway.
The walls were thin. Could hear our neighbor snoring. The water pressure was very weak and the lighting wasn’t not great in the bathroom.

The property was a great location. Very clean and comfortable
The front desk staff was not welcoming. We arrived very late 1130 pm and were told our two queen was not available and given a King.
We ask if they had a cart for our luggage and the front desk clerk said “If they aren’t by the door you will have to go look on the different floors to find one”. We were to tired and my son had a game at 10am. We just went up and down. Didn’t feel it was my job to go look on the different floors for carts at that hour. The other staff were very friendly but first impression say a lot. Will not stay here again.

Breakfast was great, served with very friendly staff. Location was safe and very convenient. The room is very clean and comfortable.
The toilet paper roll should be installed more reachable from toilet seat. The faucet in bathroom is not very good design style because it is very easy to splash and spill onto counter. The A/C unit is a bit too loud when running.

Breakfast and the attendant made the stay tolerable. The breakfast lady was AMAZING and the only reason we didn’t leave immediately. From the time she was cleaning up to the entire time she was serving her smile and polite attitude was wonderful. What a gem of an employee. Hope she is recognized and compensated accordingly.
Rooms need to be cleaned a lot better.

Convenient Location. The Property was brand new and modern. Comfortable room that was well decorated. Very clean and secure. Great rate!

Breakfast was good but many people came in just before 9am cut off and it got backed up. Perhaps consider extending it 30-45 minutes.
1) Housekeeping missed some racist sticky note comments left in room by previous guest. We simply threw them away but others might have been deeply troubled. Better spot checking needed to avoid in future.
2) Our room keys stopped working some time before 9am on our 3rd morning while at breakfast. We had to be let back in room by staff after breakfast.

Size of room.
Pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the room.. Clean out fridge after each stay. Sweep floors under chairs, etc. Change/wash stained curtain and reattach curtain rod. Also need additional lighting in the bathroom. A lamp on both sides of bed would be nice.

Our room was larger than we anticipated. The flooring was fantastic which helps with my husband allergies. The breakfast was very good. The hostess (server) and her assistant were very friendly and polite.
I did not like the turkey sausage, turkey sausage gravy and the wheat bread. The ice maker on the 4th floor did not make ice the entire time I was on the property. Swimming pool water was too cool and there was no hot tub to soak our weary bodies after a long day.
