The staff was fantastic. Room was clean. Location was great.

We had a small problem with out shower, but was fixed immediately. Offered late check out and accepted but cleaning staff knocked on our door at 10am.then every 30 minutes after. There was a communication issue definitely. We ended up leaving way before our late check out.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.The staff during check-in was friendly and helpful with suggestions of local places to eat.

The hotel does not have their own parking lot. The only option for parking was a parking garage for an additional $16 fee. Also, we requested a late checkout time, which the check-in staff said would not be a problem. However, housekeeping woke us up at 11am when they tried entering our room, then proceeded to knock on the door until we answered because we were supposed to be checked out already. A few minutes after explaining to them that we requested a late checkout, someone at the front desk called stating that they didn't have record of the request. After that was sorted out, we were too awake to go back to sleep.

we come every year for a baseball game. The location is good to get to the stadium. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are always comfortable.

We wish the pool had been open. It would be nice if it were closer to restaurants besides the restaurant at the hotel. Maybe a little more choice.

I liked the rooms and the politeness of the staff. Parking was easy as they have an attached parking garage. Location is great in the heart of downtown.

I did NOT like the breakfast. Pretty basic, low quality, repetitive and not a lot to choose from. Breakfast quality for hotels has drop dramatically lately, in general, I feel. This hotel definitely needs to improve their breakfast as the priced payed per night is not cheap, and high income people come to this place due to it's proximity to downtown for work-related stuff or while transitioning for relocation.

Advertisement said 150 feet to Hard Rock, definitely more than that!!

I was told Parking garage fee was 10 dollars in Ad, I was charged 16$, and the sign in the garage said max 12$. Really?

I thought it was included but had to pay separately for my breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Cincinnati. The staff were fantastic and helpful, especially with recommendations. We eat in the hotel restaurant one night and it was a great choice with the menu offering a good range of food.
