no lobby access, no amenities customary for a minimum hotel stay

It was easy to get to & the staff was nice.

The room still seemed not clean. It didn't help that the room so infected with roaches that we could only stay one night. My biggest problem was the room was paid for in advance so I have not been able to get my money back for the 2nd night. A night that I could stay in the hotel because of the bugs. I had my kids with me. Is was completely unsanitary.

The lady at front desk was amazing.

Everything, they put us in the back, it was very sketchy, even people just standing around outside was sketchy. The room did not seem clean and no blankets on the beds, only sheets. I went down to office to see if we could get blankets, she just moved us to a different room. New room, No blankets, just sheets, and the pillows were messed up like they were used, we left and got our money back!

I did not enjoy anything about my stay.

Upon entering our room, the beds were only made with sheets. The light between the beds outlet did not work. The phone in the room was broke couldn’t even call the office. During the night there were three roaches in the bathroom. I left the light on in hopes they would go away. They didn’t, and I had to take a shower, watching the roaches above my head, hoping that they didn’t fall in the shower with me.
