They allow pets and that helped us. Staff very helpful. Everything clean. Breakfast good. A good value.

The room looked clean

I checked into the hotel, went to the room, the tv wasn't working. My grandkids and I got dressed to go to the pool only to find out the pool was closed. I asked at the front desk about the tv and pool and the attendant told me the pool might get fixed sometime this week. He couldn't do anything about the tv. I didn't like the attitude he gave me, my grandkids was very upset that they wasn't going swimming or even watch tv for the evening. So we went back up to the room changed into our clothes and gathered our belongings and checked out. The same attendant said he couldn't do refunds to check with the manger tomorrow and he would not give me a conformation of check out. The indoor pool was why I booked this hotel. My family and I wasn't at the hotel no more than 30 minutes.

Everything is clean and generally in good shape.

I enjoy the walk in showers I usually get, this room had a tub shower which is harder for me to navigate.

I like the location, it is roughly the half way point between Chicago and Coastal NC. It’s been my stop for the last 8 years I believe, twice a year, coming and going.

I’m not a fan of the low toilets in the standard rooms, just me.

Easy and quick check-in. Clean and quiet room. Good hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon (although the orange juice was more like orange water lol). Chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.

Everything was fine. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was good but cleaned up too soon . The hotel was clean.¡

Breakfast a little longer. The pool needed some talc . It needed some chemicals cause it had foam on top.

Overall it was clean and tidy. Also no bed bugs as I checked thoroughly under both mattresses. Overall the Staff was great.

There was blood on the shower wall by the shower head. There was blood and dried snot on the back edge of the sink under the mirror. odd foul smell in the room. the mattress was old/lumpy, very uncomfortable. The pillows where old/ no support very uncomfortable. Minimal breakfast bar. few healthy choices. The breakfast bar attendant was in everyone's personal space as if trying to hurry us along.
