Location, decor, beds, fridge and microwave in room
Aircon was too loud and too cold, turning it off did not help (noise from neighbors, too warm). The breakfast was too basic, the pool area was not clean, and the frontdesk service level really depended on the person working

I loved how the staff helped with extra bedding because there wasn't a lot of bed space for 6 people (2, which was little) so they gave us extra to make them a pallet on the floor for them to sleep on, along with extra towels and things to make it more comfortable for everyone.

Breakfast was good and was large enough area for all 9 of us. Everyone was super nice and the hotel was immaculate and comfortable. Even the workout room was well equipped with great equipment.

Sofa bed mattress at least 15 years old - baggy and saggy. Kids used blow ups instead. Breakfast a joke. Half what it used to be and no one spoke English.

The room was not cleaned properly. The AC panel was broken and it could not set the temperature. The water pressure was low

Beds were very comfortable and shower was good.
I had booked a room with two beds and we were given one with only one king bed. Also, the hotel canceled my booking and I had to rebook it at a much higher rate. Really annoying and bad business practice.
