Prime location. Few steps to absolutely everything. Front porch was ideal. Staff are wonderful.

Price point didn't equal quality comforts within the apartment. That said, most places are similar in Hampton.

Needs some update . But the area is perfect to spend time with the family and enjoy with them.

It was a great location and we liked it. Had nice porch out front.

In the kitchen if people are coming and have requested a kitchen there needs to be dishes and glasses etc... The was one glass and no coffee cups. No paper towels or things to dry dishes with. Need to up the kitchen.

Location to the beach. Staff nice.

Had a friend come stay the night with me arriving at 6P. Office charged my friend $30 to park overnight and an addition $20 to park the next day while at the beach. She left at 4P the next day and paid $50 in parking for less than 24hr stay - cash only after I had paid $570 for the room. What if a family went up with more than 1 vehicle, would they make each person pay to park after paying for the room? Bedsheets clean but no mattress pad/cover. Kitchen cabinets sticky/not clean. Utensils/dishes not clean (did not use). Awkward outlet placement (ex: bathroom plug behind bathroom door not near mirror/sink. Floor could have been swept (sandy/gritty). Curtains stained. Mini blinds dirty/broken. Ceiling fans missing blades/light fixtures. Light switches and TV remote look like hadn't been wiped down in forever. Glad I had wipes in my car. For what I paid per night, they could take one night's worth to use to spruce up the place a bit. Furniture was like leftover Goodwill. Understand the season is short and they have to make their money geez, for what they charge could make the place look a little like it's worth $270/night. I've stayed in much nicer hotel rooms for less. But hey, the place was rented and new guests moved in right after I checked out so they made their money but I will not stay there again. Not for what I paid.

The location was amazing within shorting walking distance to multiple bars, food. The layout of the house was awesome as well very enjoyable.

It was way to hot, you need to update the a/c upstairs lol, it was terrible. Also we had very little towels in the entire house maybe 3-5 for 6 people for 5 days???

Proximity to beach

Seems it hadn’t been cleaned for ages with the exception of clean sheets. Our feet and socks were instantly black. Hairy bathroom. Grimy kitchen and moldy coffee maker. Made all of our clothes and suitcases stink. The receptionist said to tell her if anything was “missed” cleaning wise but there is no way she wasn’t aware that the place hasn’t been cleaned possibly the entire last few summers. It would have been degrading to go back to her and beg the place to be deep cleaned. We tried to be there as little as possible except for sleep.

The location was good, the manger was attentive. The property wasn’t in good condition - loose tile, toilet didn’t work properly, etc.

The condition of the property was not correctly represented by the pictures in the advertise for the room.
