we had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, live music, good drinks and good food

The view was good, jet ski rental was right next to it and the restaurant food was delicous.
There were ants in the room and the space was extremely small. There was no space to put our things except along the wall.

No breakfast included and nothing nearby, the restaurant below doesn’t open till 1600
As nothing nearby maybe self catering facilities there was a fridge and coffee machine

The attached restaurant & bar and band out on the patio. Had a great beachy vibe.
The hotel only had 4 rooms to it and really no signs stating where the hotel was or how to get to it. Found out all check in/check out is done through the restaurant.

The wifi was ineffective in room 3. They should consider updating our enhancing the equipment.

Stayed upstairs and water was coming thru the floor. Dirty doors, there was dried blood on the wall in the bathroom. No wand to open blinds. No one at the office when w left at 10am.

The view was great
Check in was late and was the same time as the start of happy hour. We had to queue up with all the happy hour guests which was weird.
The following morning access to the tabled area was roped off at the back and the front door was locked. Despite late check out there was no where to sit and do some work.
Lastly beware - the coffee cup lids don’t fit and I ended up wearing coffee…..

The the room was clean and adequate. It was overpriced.
The WiFi did not work. I asked about this and more than one worker told me the WiFi was horrible. I you are to advertise WiFi as part of your service then provide it. Talk to a younger worker. I am sure one can advise about a solution.

No breakfast offered. Beautiful views.
No staff after the restaurant closed. Unable to use the WiFi. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall, and the bathtub mat had a large rip in it. No microwave. Could not figure out the tv. The staff was not familiar with their heat/ AC unit, and it needed adjustment. The building needed some obvious upgrades and repairs.

A big party in the evening right downstairs. But when we shut the door we didn't hear anything. In the morning it was beautiful, we got a clear kayak to explore the cove. Quite and peaceful.

Loved the outside patio and Adirondack chairs. Good live music by Adam Musick. Excellent location with nice view of the water.
It would have been nice to have a dedicated parking space separate from the restaurant parking. Took a long time for water to get hot in the shower.

just a suggestion - to put captain chairs that are a tad taller on the little decks - so that one can see over the restaurant roof line at the view - a really nice deck but no view

the staff were very helpful and agreed to wait for us as we were late getting through Miami airport.
In future, I’ll pick room 1, as the room we picked had air con units for the restaurant all round!

At first glance, it’s a very small place. They have a total of four rooms. But after check in, we opened our door to have the most beautiful view and veranda of the ocean. There’s a bar and restaurant downstairs too!
The room was a little run down but honestly not bad.

Snappers restaurant was wonderful- had the shrimp and shrimp risotto combo and it was delicious.

Shower was large and the bathroom was spacious
The ONLY things we had to complain about which were petty were that we couldn't figure out how to adjust the air (it was on or off) and that the towel rack in the bathroom was t hung correctly and came off, which I'm sure they've fixed. This was a good place to stay for us.

the location is unbeatable. beds are super comfy, and the room was quiet.
no regular housekeeping, we had to hunt down clean towels after a few days. and they only stocked the room with coffee and cups for 1 day of our 5-day stay.

Limited toiletries', no hairdryer No security once place shuts and shared restaurant with larger next door resort. No staff available until place OPENS at 4pm Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs and NObody to be found on leaving the building. Felt unsafe
