False advertising, rude staff, last minute changes.

Some of the travelers were friendly and hiking the PCT so they were interesting to chat with. I liked the beds had curtains.

I did not like the red headed woman at the front desk she was very rude with no customer service skills. She had no Empathy and her manager was just as bad. I had a devastating problem and was traveling from Canada he would not even speak to me instead said he is off the clock I can book a different property. I definitely will be contacting the licensing board roo. The receptionist was drunk and drinking with the guests until after 330am and some travelers were doing drugs in the bathroom leaving things in bedroom doors to room hop. It was a disaster. I did not feel safe at all.

Very cute . Clean kitchen and nice common areas. Very central location and extremely nice staff.

I did get the non refundable single occupancy room and I wish I couldve saved more and changed it to the bunk room. (Was a little to expensive for me for the single). it was very nice regardless

The communal kitchen and sitting area was really nice and the bathrooms were plentiful and clean.

The staff were a bit snarky and seemed to view guests as an inconvenience.

Old days unique style and right town town , staff was great.

Pretty small room and a shared bath were the weakest traits ( had a couple to share and were pretty clean - just kind of a pain to get half dressed for a middle of the night whiz) .
