The elevator was broken therefore I had to carry my luggage up to 3rd floor. My reservation was made online. There was no notification that the elevator was broken.
When walking up to desk and telling the girl I had a reservation she made the comment that she hadn’t had a chance to call me yet. I didn’t know what that meant and didn’t think much about it. She just told me that the closest stairs to the 3rd floor was to my left. I went up to my room to use the restroom before going back to car to get my luggage. It was at that time that I learned the elevator was broken. The room was non refundable. It was a very unpleasant stay having to carry my things up 3 flights of stairs that night and then back down the next morning. Very disappointed in how that was handled.

Decor was very nice. Bed was comfortable. All staff members were very nice.
The property had only one elevator. When we were there it was not working and they didn’t know when it would be fixed. At 70+yrs old, it was difficult taking luggage up and down to the 3rd floor.

The elevator was out of operation. In addition, the room door had a large gap in it and the bathroom door would not close properly.

The hotel was very clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was great and staff was friendly.
The elevator was broke, wasn’t even offered a discount. I recently had double knee replacement so hauling luggage up and down the stairs was not real great. For a new facility I would have thought they could have either offered a discount or had an employee available to help customers get their stuff up and down the stairs.

Easy to get to from the highway, well lit parking lot, staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room we had was sharing the same wall as the gym. While it is not an issue for people to use it under normal circumstances, some guests were using it in the middle of the night, waking myself and my family up. There needs to be some noise insulation installed on that adjoining wall to keep some of the racket down.

The cleaning crew was kind. The check out staff in the morning wasn’t helpful or accommodating left me waiting at counter for over 10 min.
Then they told me they couldn’t find my room then eventually they found it. The manager on duty wasn’t friendly.

I believe this was a new facility. If not, it was very clean and in pristine condition. We walked to dinner and had a very nutritious breakfast provided by the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable. All appointments in the room were clean and well finished structurally. We had one short instance of a loud guest outside our room but otherwise, it was perfect!
