Location was very good

Location and hotel is very nice.

The rooms need to be updated. They are showing their age, carpet stained in room and in hallways. Stayed here when it was the Granduca and only thing changed was the lobby and entrance furniture and fixtures. Room, hallways, all same paint and decor. Coffee maker did not work, fridge barely kept beverages above warm. Maintenance staff was nice, he changed out the coffee maker for us.

Classic Italian style and decor with a modern touch. Friendly staff, nice clean environment with luscious views of the countryside. I will definitely be back...very soon.

There wasn't anything to not like.

Everything And unlike rest of the world today there was staff and attentive staff! Every employee on their game - friendly and there to make sure our stay was pleasant

The restaurant Laurel was the best hotel restaurant I have ever eaten in (and I’m a foodie.) 4 meals there and all were outstanding for flavor, presentation, and the menu offered good variety.

Spa is a little small but it was remodeled from the Hotel Granduca, which did not have a spa so they created one. The spa experience was very nice though.

Room service was lacking. Had to call cseveral times ot place order. Menu was limited.

The staff and the view was incredible!

There was someone at the pool bar who was over served and got sick. It took them a minute to clean it up.

Great Location. Would be great to see security presence. Our room was fabulous! Other than those minor issues; you have an absolutely amazing establishment! We will be back.

Better lighting over the sink and facial tissue by the bed. Would rather a refrigerator than a chill bar equipment.

Near destination and friendly staff

Hard beds, flat pillows, ice bucket but no convenient ice machine and no separate door for the toilet - why was complimentary wine not a Texas wine

Loved the location, as it's a short drive from downtown Austin, and yet removed from the rowdiness that I enjoy - just not when trying to get some shut eye. We stayed in a superior king bedroom; very comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom, and all appeared and smelled clean and fresh. We struggled to open the cabinets for our morning coffee; they could use some maintenance. The pool area is compact though refreshing and a poolside bar makes it an easy space to lounge. JR was the bartender during our visit; friendly, funny and attentive to all guests. We had dinner at the Laurel restaurant; my dish was underwhelming, the frutti de mare however the wine and waiter were excellent. Overall, I would return as I had a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Cabinets for coffee cups were difficult to open. Rstaurant was underwhelming.
