Bathrooms are too far away. Food selections are terrible.‘shake shack was filthy. I would never eat there by the looks Of The filthy kitchen.

Convenience. Close to shopping and the casino was nice.

The Mexican restaurant on the premises food and drinks was not good. The service was mediocre. The restaurants closed a little early, so we could not enjoy the upscale dining experience. The room was clean, but for the price I was expecting a lot .more. it was quite basic and the chair our room had spots on it, so I didn't want to sit in it.

The stay was just what I needed PERFECT!

1. Did not like the mobile option "I am highly HIGH TECH challenged" there are ALWAYS issues with my cell phone - which I am sure are user errors. 2. Wish room service available.

Greeted fabulous, rooms were excellent and food selections were great. From the valet to the ck in

Beds were very comfortable and rooms were very clean, Housekeeping staff were amazing and ROSA on the 11th floor went beyond the call of duty !!! I would so return !! Bottled water in the room was a plus.

Ok but could have been better considering the price.

it was comfortable and relatively clean.

It had cheaper accommodations (plastic toilet seats, single ply toilet paper, etc), could have been a little cleaner (there was hair on one of our pillows, the vanity had dried toothpaste spots, and faucets and makeup mirror had fingerprints), app could have worked better, staff could have been more friendly and attentive, needed a good breakfast option (the Bellagio patisserie which appeared to be the only breakfast option had horrible microwaved breakfast and burnt coffee with terrible customer service), all considering the price paid for the room. I’ve had better, more “wow” experiences at hotels half the cost of this one.

I did not like the fact that I was told I was given $75 towards my dinner meal on my birthday and it never happened also I paid. A little over $50 for breakfast that was served in a bag.
