I liked how close it was to the aquarium we spent the day at

Was on the 5th floor, and could hear traffic like you were bottom level. Walls thin, heard everything through the night of others in the hotel. Pool was FREEZING. No breakfast, and the breakfast that is offered is expensive for no reason.

Staff was friendly, very cool set up in the lobby area, slept well.

The pillows were awful

The room was not completely cleaned. Housekeeping left wet towels, old sheets and pizza boxes shoved into the drawers. The front desk staff only said they’d “speak with housekeeping” about the matter. Very disappointed to pay so much for a nice place to be left with the last guest’s mess.

The room, bed and bar were great!

This hotel needs a real restaurant with a wide breakfast and lunch menu. There are no really good breakfast restaurants near the hotel. This would ne a major improvement!

We really appreciated the efforts of Lanae, Anita and June (?) who provided excellent service. Al three of them went out of their way to help us!

I wish that the hotel had a full fledged full service restaurant. It would be an excellent improvement for the hotel.

Modern look was really nice. The room had great air conditioning
