smoke detectors in the room was removed. staff was invisible shower stall had been broken and had very poor repair

Always clean, quite and comfortable. It’s close to many eatery’s and major highway. Staff is always great and helpful.

The place was clean, well maintained, and well lit. We arrived late and the desk person had everything ready for us when we arrived making check in quick and simple. Breakfast was very good. I recommend the waffle and sausage. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Very clean, nice staff, next to the hospital
Prefer a ventilation fan in the bathroom. There was a loud noise like wind blowing in a vent…but no vents I could find. It was distracting and I didn’t sleep well because of it.
Bed was uncomfortable and the protector pad on the bed was not zipper enclosed like good bedbug protectors are. Overall very good.

Dirty! In the corners of the room, there were dustballs! Bathroom had something questionable on the walls! Kids running down hall at night!

Breakfast, specifically the scrambled eggs. They were seriously gross and dry. Seemed like they had been cooked days before. Sausage was good. Coffee was barely ok. Waffles are good but it’s almost impossible to screw those up.

Clean building and comfy bed
Ceiling leaked cold water on our bed in the middle of the night. We understand storms passed through the area but others on the 4th floor had already reported the leaks in their rooms so we probably should have been moved sooner.

Clean lobby. But empty and dark. As you first enter.
Our room had soo many thing's broken, the bed comforters were heavily stained.
The breakfast area had the juice machine out for 2 days and absolutely no water. Asked the front desk for water and their suggestion was $2 bottles in the market.
There was poop all over the floor in elevator 1 and coffee all over floor in elevator 2.
I have never had to leave a review such as this,

Great location, outdoor pool was really nice and clean, hotel was clean, nice staff.
We woke up during a thunderstorm at 3 a.m with water pouring from the ceiling on us and our belongings. Our clothes got soaked along with my purse and backpack. We were on the 4th floor which is the top and apparently a terrible storm blew through several weeks ago that tore the roof up and they still have not been able to get a claims adjuster out. They moved us to the 2nd floor and were very accommodating and apologetic.
