Location was ok.

No hair dryer in the room and bathroom sink had not been cleaned.

The hotel is clean, modern, and a good value. The common areas are spacious, as are the rooms.

Seems like a newer property. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. They serve breakfast and coffee in the morning. Check-in was quick and receptionist was very nice.

Only complaint is there was one wash rag and two bath towels in the room for four-person occupancy. It's something that is easy to resolve though.

I had really bad bedbugs bites on my arms that woke me up at 4 am and kept scratching myself. I think the bed had bedbugs

Never any towels and never cleaned the room

The breakfast provided more options than we expected for a "Continental breakfast", as it included hot foods like sausage, eggs, potatoes, and biscuits. The location was great for us being able to access everything we needed easily.

The A/C unit was terribly noisy, so we had to turn up the temperature in the room to keep it from turning on often. The warmer room + noise level when the A/C had to kick in made it difficult to sleep.

For the money spent, I think it’s reasonable to expect 2 sets of towels, not one. Equally disappointing, it would be nice if there were hot coffee throughout the day/night; the thermoses were there with warmish coffee, if any. It would also be nice if the tables used for breakfast were cleaned after everyone is done, let alone the trash. It would really help if the night stand lamps actually worked. The last straw was the ‘ingenious ‘ shower switch without instructions on how to turn it on; they know about the problem!!! When I went to the front desk to ask how to operate the shower, the receptionist picked up a water spout and demonstrated the mechanism. Why not simply provide instructions at check-in?!

The room was in rough shape, coffee maker missing pieces, all decaf coffee, fridge turned all the way down, huge crack in tile in shower, big gash in drywall behind chair, requested room in back on 4th floor, got co formation and got room on 3rd floor on hwy side...literally opposite of what I requested...front desk guy barely spoke English or was just rude, either way poor communicator

Easy parking, newer property.

Staff was awful. Not at desk upon checkin, couldn’t verify reservation at first. Eskimo skills were poor.

The location was perfect for what we were in town for.

Parking was inadequate. There was someone with camper attached that took up 9 parking spots leaving no room for other guests. We had to park in the dirt field/lot next to the parking lot. There were crumbs on the table in our room when we walked in. The shower lost hot water very quickly. We could have used more than 1 towel.
