Location, ski on and off. Parking lot and walking areas were clear of snow.

The carpet had burn holes. The kitchen appliances were in bad condition, and the toilet are ancient and required plunging all the time. Overall the property is dated, it still had a VCR. Lastly, all of the window treatments were broken.

Location would have been great if the trail next to it was open - it wasn't, so you couldn't ski on/off - without that, the location is a little out of the way otherwise.

Need shades in the main bedroom for the skylight - lights and moon shining in all night

The unit was very outdated with dingy furniture and old appliances. For the money we spent you would expect much more. The only positive for this is location.

Close enough to drive to resort.

Everything needs updating. Many small maintenance items not addressed. Poor quality tv, very small beds, not very clean. The property managers gave the wrong key for the room and instead of giving the correct code over the phone, made us drive back 20 minutes to the office

Location was easy ski on and off. Bathrooms were clean, and plenty of linens. Heat worked well. Plenty of hot water and calls to staff were very helpful

Unit needs upgrade--Better signs to find at night. Should be able to leave keys at end of stay--had to drive 3-4 miles back to access road to drop off keys, when I would have preferred to immediately head East. They told me I could have called, but it does not state that. No cork screw.
