I made a reservation on booking.com after making one at the oyo not long before and when I got to flagship they said I didn’t have one so I ended up just paying cash for a room I will not be using booking.com anymore I have used before last night and never had any problems I had 2 issues just last night

The owners are very rude and belligerent the heat and air did not work in my room and they refused to change it the refrigerator and microwave were broken the owners constantly knocked on the door threaten to kick us out

Dirty scary to even stay bad mattresses, like a crack motel

This was without a doubt the worst experience I've had in a motel, the tub had rust in it, when I went to bed, something scratched me on my back, I got up and looked under the sheet, there were three holes in the mattress with springs sticking up, I went to the office and no one was willing to do anything, they said they didn't have another room, I would not recommend anyone stay there
