Location was ideal for our purposes. Very close to the outlet mall and the Lamar Dixon Center.
We have stayed at this location several times, at the same time of year. Spring Regional 4H matches at APSO range. We never had any problems in the past. This year several baseball teams were staying at the property at the same time. These were not 11 yr old Little League kid. Think 6 ft teenage boys on travel teams. They had at least 4, maybe 6 teenagers in the adjoining room. They yelled and screamed until past midnight. We called the front desk. They settled down until 2:30 AM when they started yelling and screaming in the hallway. Our event started at 6:30 AM, meaning we had to get up and get moving at 5 AM. TERRIBLE STAY

The front desk staff were amazing.
We stay at Hiltons most of the time because of the standards. This room was worn and the shower needed work.

Staff was great! It was Christmas week and they went above and beyond even through they were working instead of home with family. It meant a lot to me.
Did not like pet friendly floors being upstairs. My dog was terrified of the elevator. Need a few on the bottom floor at least at one end.

Our room had an issue with AC unit. The drain pan? was clogged and caused the whole floor on the window side of the room to be wet. Day 2 of our trip, my son and I woke up with horrible allergies/sickness from the mold/mildew and dampness in the room. I told guest services and they had the AC unit fixed and carpet dried within the same day, but I'm not sure how long it had been that way. The room smelled horrible our entire time (Saturday-Thursday). We ended up having to check out on Thursday and go to another hotel because we were so sick.

the room above us was extremely loud until 2-3 AM. it was impossible to sleep. also the couch cushion was ripped which seems pretty tacky.

I liked the egg options for breakfast. The room was large and comfortable. I enjoyed the kitchenette, it made my stay much easier.
The stainless steel and the shower head in the bathroom has a lot of lime build up and need to be cleaned and polished. It gave the bathroom a grimy, uncared for look. I forgot to pack lotion and when I asked the front desk if they had any they said that they did not have any little travel products. I know this is minor, but I was surprised by this.
