Location, friendless of staff, cleanliness and affordable

Yesica was working the front desk and helped us out was very polite helpful we hope she stays for a long time very good employee

We are both smokers and there was a guest that just sat on the smoking bench stayed on her phone for hours and hours at a time every time we came down to smoke we did not have anywhere to sit maybe put a time limit on that other than that it was nice place to stay

couldn’t take partial cash payment along with credit card. Had a new computer system. also had a long wait checking in because of employee was on phone and no one else at the desk to check customers in.

Breakfast was good. We stayed there the night before our cruise out of Tampa. It was a little pricey but close to our port. We always try to stay at a Hampton Inn because we know what to expect and they are always very nice. When we first got there to check in, they didn't show a reservation through Booking.com. They rented us a room anyway. Not sure we will go through Booking.com again.

The price could have been better.
