I love the room and comfort of the bed

I didn't like how breakfast was not included

The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing. The staff hotel is absolutely amazing overall, you are walking distance to many local restaurants. You are also close by Ohio State University, if you are visiting family at the University and were to go to an OSU football game, the football stadium is close enough to walk to! There is an ATM at the hotel some of the hotels I been in Columbus did not have that. Breakfast just be aware it is about an extra $15.00. Also, another thing to be aware of The Residence Inn is right next door in the same building on the right so it may seem confusing but other than that everything was great.

Breakfast felt a little overpriced. Other than that, nothing really, I didn't like. Internet does cost an extra charge unless you have a Bonvoy number or unless you use Booking.com or Experian. If you are going to stay here I recommend getting a Bonvoy membership because they will ask for that to help avoid some of the extra charges.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices and even bacon! The hotel was very clean. The check in and out process was extremely easy.

The location was the only thing for me because it is more downtown and when we come to Columbus it is to go to the Polaris mall. It is only about 15 minutes away though. There isn't really anything to do around the hotel.

Liked that the room was clean and comfortable.

With the room we were first assigned, the TV did not work. Maintenance staff tried to fix the problem, however they were unable to fix it. We were moved to another room promptly.

When we arrived, the front desk host was on the phone and didn’t acknowledge us while we were waiting for more than 10 minutes. Then, we were put in a room beside the 24-hour fitness center and people were leaving late in the night and talking very loudly, making it very hard to sleep.

By far the nicest hotel in the area, worth the cost. Front desk staff was courteous and extremely helpful. Bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was really nice.

Waited in line for a drink at the bar for over 25 minutes before we finally left.

Convenient to my destination. Clean and well staffed. Good amenities.

Difficult to find parking space.

Everything was wonderful. I wish I had time to get in the pool but didn’t. The outside sitting area was marvelous.

Pool could have stayed opened a bit later like 11pm

The bed sheets were dirty, like old dirty ragged bed sheets. the room was not a 4 star by any standard not even a three star. The shower was slow and ridiculous with a lot of sounds but barely throwing water. The room furniture was dented. How is that ok for a 4 star hotel. In in one of my friends room the curtain was missing. it was completely missing. The guy woke up to sun blazing on his face at 6:30.

Staff was awesome! Treated us like family very welcoming. Big thanks to Yorde
