Loved the indoor and outdoor pool with direct access from our patio room. Very clean rooms, with refrigerator and safe for our valuables. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had nice options including delicious watermelon. Very near public beach, 5 minute car ride away.

I loved how close we were to the pool and how accommodating the staff were when I booked the wrong room online.

The rooms were small and I didn't appreciate on our last night staff did not come to the pool area to say the pool was almost closed, instead lights just started turning off and there were multiple families in the pool with young children who got scared that the lights were turning off. I found it really rude, honestly.

Breakfast room is closed. It would have been nice to have an actual warm breakfast.

The towels were kind of gross but that's why I usually bring my own.

Well, there is NO FREE breakfast as stated, or any breakfast at all. When I spoke w the hotel rep at the front desk, he accused me of lying about the fact it states free breakfast 😡 also, the beds are extremely uncomfortable...and our last day housekeeping not so kindly woke us all up at 9:30am to clean when check out is 11😡 very very disappointed with our stay

the breakfast was not good at all, the toaster are not working and the coffee it was really watery from the machine it’s the winter time so the breakfast need to be hot and have a good warm food not cold .

The pool was great.

The hotel needed a good vacuuming and dusting. Our key card didn't work and it took 3 trips to the front desk to correct it with NO apology, in fact the woman accused me of deactivating it. We have stayed here for the past 10 years...I will be staying somewhere else next year.

The main desk staff were friendly, courteous, professional and helpful.

The heating unit was a little noisy but, since it was a warm day, I just turned it off and got a great night of sleep.

it was close to where I needed to be. Tiffany at front desk was super helpful and very professional and friendly.

there was some blood smear in the bathroom outside of tub floor and behind door when closed. also between the beds. the door to room was not locking and looked like inside security lock up top had been pryed or broken. I should have just changed out my room. however I will be coming back to stay with you, just not room 109. I did get rest and am sorry to complain.

We loved there was plenty of parking. Pools were clean and well kept. Breakfast was served every day. It seemed like they served the same breakfast every day. My suggestion is to mix it up so it gives the guests more variety. Also, maybe include a larger variety of baked goods if a guest didn’t want to eat a whole meal.

Ww didn’t not like the property- we just had some issues. We had an issue with our toilet not flushing with the flapper unhinging. We had to call 3 times and after maintenance coming out twice in two days, it was fixed and new flapper installed. Also, our bed sheets had to be replaced due to a heavy stain on fitted sheet.

The room was clean- bed very comfortable. We enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the gazebo and courtyard. The indoor pool was warm and relaxing. Excellent service and great location!

Bathroom smelled a little musty

The location was excellent and easy to find (very acceptable after a long day driving). Our room was bright and clean, with a view of the sea from both outside and within. The staff where very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and provided a good choice of food/drink for breakfast. We would be more than happy to use this facility again.

We can't think of any negative aspect to our stay.

Did not utilize pool or breakfast due to our planned schedule.

Not that we didn’t like, however, we noticed that there were multiple senior bus tours that used this facility.

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Our rooms were just as described when we booked. They were very clean. We had a balcony overlooking the pool area. It was very nice.

I think the only thing we were a bid disappointed with was the breakfast in the morning. It was a little chinch. It could have had a few more options.

Room was spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was exceptional.

Breakfast was good except bins where eggs were and potatoes was filled too much so things did not stay as hot as they should be. A person is usually there to wipe down tables after someone leaves. there was no one. Fruit wasn't there until sometimes when you were ready to go back to room, he came out and put a few pieces.
