Had to ask to change rooms. The first room had little black hairs on night stand and in one of the beds like the sheets weren't actually changed between guests. The lady at reception immediately gave a different room. While the sheets in the second room looked clean, there were burned out light bulbs, broken/missing soap dispensers, and the floor didn't look like it had been vacuumed in quite some time.

Bed frame was noisy and caused mattress and box springs to be noisy. No soaps. Breakfast was not hot plus no coffee creamer. Worst breakfast we had in 2 weeks.

Friendly staff, great rooms nice environment, also breakfast is free which was really nice before we hit the road

Breakfast was OK. Mountain view by the pool and outside the Cafe.

We didn't expect a motel right next to a marijuana dispensery. There was a strong smell in our room for the first few hours of our stay. Some people were smoking in the parking lot and between the pool and cafe (rendering the pool useless to us). We will not be going back.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Requested a wake-up call that never came.

Very nice room. And establishment. Was very pleased.

The pool and hot tub needs painting.. the heated pool was not heated when they said it was and the hot tub didn't work very well.

Location, attached restaurant. Quick access from interstate. Restaurant’s dinner was really great.

Smoky property, unclean room. Cigarette butt underneath bed in our non-smoking room, dirty walls, questionable bedding, A/C not reliable

First class restaurant on site. Family was traveling to Eagle and stayed in Trinidad after 11 hour drive. The on site restaurant was a wonderful surprise. Exceptional food and service.

Room was dated, door didn't seem very secure when locked. I'm not crazy about motels anyway so the door situation was a concern.

Sheets dirty. Breakfast was bad

I liked the service in the Sunset Bar and Grill where I had dinner. They were a very friendly staff and the view from the dining room was great.

I had to have maintenance come to the room to unlock the bathroom door a family member accidentally locked us out of. We had already left for the day when he/she entered the room and performed the work. When we returned that evening, the door was not fully closed, so anyone could have entered the room while we were out. Luckily, we had no valuables in the room.

The big room.

On July 7th at about 7:00 o’clock we checked in your hotel after very long time driving, to relax we headed to the swimming pool and especially the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working and swimming pool was dirty. We went to get water but the water fountain not working too. Head back to the room. Next morning I was ready to wash my face and do my routine morning. There was no solid soap and the liquid soap was empty. Then calling the housekeeping they replace the liquid soaps. Unfortunately still there was no soap since the machine was not working. Head to the shower room not very clean, the toilet had a dead fly and the washer around the faucet was falling out. Called the housekeeping and let them know. I took pictures as I find the problems. The washing cloth was so used that during washing it fall apart. Let me tell you about other problems. The radio clock was dusty and not working, and Iran board covered was very dirty.My bed in room 215 on the left side has an extra piece of metal about two inches out located at the middle section that hit my leg very hard. In order to let other people I noticed a huge stain on the other mattress, All the corners within the room were dusty with dead flies every where. As a retired lady we travel a lot and using your place very often. Your place was the worse and expensive. I have all the pictures, if you want to see.

Older hotel but comfortable. Breakfast buffet is the best. Dining room is great price and well made. Better than most restaurants in town. Great location.

Great stay. Comfortable beds if you like them firm. Designated MJ smoking area with great view of the mountains. Right next door to a dispensary.

Not much. A little bit noisy from the other rooms.

Staff was amazing especially "faith". The restaurant connected to the hotel has fantastic food. One of the best food dishes I have had in a long time. The whole all experience was great!

Discount for the restaurant with amazing food. Very clean and safe rooms.

The juice machine in the breakfast room was making noise like it was broken. That with the TV and people talking was just too much noise so I left before finishing eating

Just a great experience. Room was fair priced and was smoking I don't find those very often . Staff extremely friendly and helpful! We did the Legend's Loop 82 miles of God's Land !!!!! recommended by hotel staff. Room's are very quiet.

Patio was nice, but we were not aware of it until we were leaving.:(

No vent/fan in the bathrom. Slight smell in the rm like it had been a smoking rm.
