The beach bar, shops and sea salt restaurants are excellent!
The beach was overrun by cruise people on Sunday. It is unfortunate that you pay to stay somewhere and are unable to enjoy the beach.
Some hooks and towel racks inside the condo would be very helpful. Also the couch needs to be cleaned. The fold out bed is not very comfortable.

the location was absoluty spectacular, and this is one of my most favorite places now. we will definitely return

We stayed in Unit D203. This unit has incredible views, especially for sunrise. The unit was very clean and well kept. The owner shared very useful information for trip planning. The beach bars, pizza joint, coffee shop, and more are all on the premises. The pool is right outside the unit but was never noisy.
The old dilapidated tennis courts before you enter the security gate should just be removed because they look trashy and provide a bad image, not in keeping with the rest of the property.

Fantastic location and owner. Waking up and seeing the incredible ocean vista right in front of you is unmatched. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean, well equipped, quiet and very nice. The facilities are no where near the level to be considered a “resort”. Although there were people seen working in the pool area, there was noticeable trash in the pool area in the planters. The trash looked like it was there for quite some time. The pool itself was disappointing. Small and poorly maintained. There are two abandoned structures at the pool area literally falling apart. There are dumpsters out in front of our building and old water heaters/tires.
Not what I would call a “Resort”.
