.Nice view. Big balcony. Big comfortable bed. Condo was just the right size for us. Would love to go back again.

Location was perfect!

Too much construction noise.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this would be the ultimate experience. From the suite itself to the pool, private beach, grills, laundry room and overall amenities, what more could one ask for?

I didn’t like how some boaters would anchor their vessels past the private beach area and crank up their raucous unpleasant music for all to hear. Also there were some guests that, in spite of the posted rules, would reserve lounge chairs on the beach, by placing their belongings under the huts, thus preventing access for other guests!

Location was good, and very quiet. Nice pool, hot tub...but they close too early. Good, clean barbeques. Enjoyed the private beach and being able to walk for miles on beach. Beautiful views from unit, comfortable bed, good air conditioning.

Too many codes for opening gates/doors, which made complex feel very institutional. I understand the security aspect, and I like not having to deal with keys, but codes for ALL gates, and doors gets very tiresome. Unit very dated, uncomfortable couch, worn out frying pans and dull knives.

Location is very quiet right next to the state park. Beautiful and very clean. Perfect place if you want a place to get away! Trolley is 75 cents and will take you all around the area. Condo was very clean but is a little small. All units in the bldg are this size.

The beach could use a sand raking. We hit the start of Sally as a tropical depression so 3 days of rain. Not the condos fault! The patio furniture could use some new cushions but nothing material.
