There were no shades on the bedroom windows, thus we were awakened at sunrise, which was 5:20 am when we were there. It is not a big expense to purchase roll up shades.

It was a very nice cabin and was great for our group.

No curtains or blinds in the master bedroom back wall so it didn't seem as private as it could have

spacious rooms, porch and patio were perfect to sit and relax. close to Safeway and center of Estes park (walking distance).

only very minor things, just recommendations: curtains in bedroom closest to kitchen, some extra cooking pans, mend the lock of the door behind the pew, and fix the squeaky beds. again all minor.

Location is perfect really outside of the touristic area but close enough to walk to restaurants etc.

Really minor points: The beds are really squeaky. No curtains in bedroom next to kitchen. Door to front porch can not lock.

Loved the view and how the way the house was set up.

No air conditioner. It was still very warm especially in the bedrooms. Even though we opened the windows at night and closed them in the morning.

The location is great. I feel they use that to lure people in and there is no upkeep of property.

Dirty 😩carpets were disgusting, even the throw rugs were dirty. Dirty dishes that were put back in cupboards. I let property manager know of concerns and was given a refund on cleaning $123.00 and was told carpets were just cleaned. Very insulting that they think in these times of COVID that dirty carpets, coffee cups etc is ok. I as researched after we were there on other websites they have had concerns about dirty carpets since 2018. This oils very bad for Booking.com to nit disclose information. Also there is no Air Condition which it is not advertised I just thought all property’s would have some cooling devices in a large home during the summer months. The Cable did not work all week when I called on that was treated like I was stupid and did not know how about o trouble shoot. Estes Park is beautiful and what a shame that when you are on a beautiful vacation you have to beg for a clean property to stay in. I could go on more than I already have but I feel I have let my feelings over run now. Please post concerns so other consumers know what they are getting. I am retired and starting to travel a lot hopefully I can count on Booking.com to guide me to Clean properties and stand behind COVID standards listed on site
