C' est un endroit super et au top. Vraiment propre, Le service est excellent.Le personnel est vraiment acceuillant et gentil. Le petit dejeuner est varié et bon, C'était satisfaisant, un vrai regal.

La douche qui n'est pas fermé completement. Eclaboussures d'eau sur le plancher qui peuvent etre a l"origine des accidents. Ensuite le canapé lit.

It’s close to Boston but not in the city, which is what we were wanting. We stayed in a suite so the kitchen was perfect. Staff was friendly and the daily breakfast was wonderful. Very comfortable bed too.

The only thing was the pool was very chilly.

I enjoyed almost everything about the place.

I was charged two different rates for each night. One was exceptionally higher than the previous. No one informed me of the rate change or I would not have stayed there a second night.

Overcharged for the stay. No receipt after checkout.

Sorry for the inconsistencies in my responses. We had to cancel this trip due to medical reasons. I forwarded the Dr letter to the hotel. We also had to dispute the charge on our Amex. Booking.com did everything possible to help us in this situation.

warm comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean and overall, we were very happy with our stay there.

we didn’t have our own transport so it would have been great to have a better selection in the mini market ie sandwiches

very limited, never changing choice of options for breakfast

no laundry service,, no room safe, no bar for food and drink in the evening, having to pay for water all the time (expensive water)

very nicely located close to whatever you may need. Diane (front desk) went above and beyond for us. she was amazing and incredibly sweet
