The noise level number one the bed is horrible too broken in, there was a lot of disturbances and noise with crowds of people between the hours of 3 AM and 4:30 AM for no reason in the courtyard disturbing sleep and peace time

It was a nice venue, a little difficult to locate.

Well upon arrival I took a nap. When I woke I found the toilet had overflowed. Staff handled it promptly. I also noticed several of the outlets were loose in the room. When I was there the TV picture froze at times. I took it as a reception problem. But I did not spend a lot of time in the room.

Suite was a perfect size

I didn’t like the fact they charged me double for my stay when I booked thru booking.com Now they are ignoring my calls and keep telling me someone will call me back😡

The location was great for the purpose of my trip, providing easy access to the bus for traveling to NYC.

Some of the front desk staff appeared to be inadequately trained, leading to a stressful stay for me. I faced issues with duplicated charges, and a system glitch nearly resulted in me missing my flight home.

Hotelmanagee frech ,da wir uns beschwert haben ,dass zwei Tag nicht sauber gemacht wurde . Kein kostenloser Café . Wasser über 3 Dollar 1 Flasche .. Zimmer klein

Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Also loved the mobile check-in and text back when the room was ready.

Everything was great.
