The air conditioning was not optimum on a 101 degree weekend

the hotel is way too overpriced to not offer cleaning every day. you can tell it’s understaffed by the amount of things not taken care of in the moment, like the trash on our floors hallway that smelled like a rotten diaper.

The pillows are horribly uncomfortable. With such a nice modern bedroom, a nice bed how can we not at least have decent pillows

Staff was great! Breakfast was okay rooms were okay kind of small. Location is good I'm actually from that area and love to be able to stay so close to where friends and family are.

The room was spacious, including the bathroom, which made it nice for the family. The room and facilities were clean, pool was nice. The front desk employee was very helpful with suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Also very helpful when we had a get together one evening in the lobby with a small group. Breakfast was awesome.

For the value I’m not sure you can find better. Especially if traveling with pets. I’m so grateful they not only allow dogs but embrace it.

The room was clean. There was availability last minute. Close proximity to family.
Beds felt small. Bedding was small. But it was last minute so grateful we could be at a Hampton . Enjoyed hot tub. Pool was nippy. Breakfast was great !!

The hotel was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. I felt safe and comfortable. The hotel was in a nice area,The previous night I had stayed by the airport and had some difficulties with the other guests being loud and obnoxious and drunk at 1:30 in the morning. It was very unsettling. Hampton Inn was just the opposite- excellent location.

Close to some restaurants in the Cottonwood Heights area, but also a quick drive to other neighborhoods. Loved the proximity to Big Cottonwood.
