The rooms are a bit old but nice and comfortable. Also cleaned every day. Location hotel is great.

-Breakfast is not what you expect. Most things are there, but the croissants and bread are not so fresh. The quality is not upto standard. Also the boiled eggs are from the fridge and don't expect fresh orange juice or so. - I also lost my ski bag in the hotel. It was taken from my room or from the ski locker. - Somebody was slamming with doors at 6:00 in the morning, i believe the first employee that starts the day of work. - Hotel is called Atmosphere Hotel. There is not much atmosphere though, the hotel is getting very old and reception area is not inviting. - Some lights didn't work in the room.

Great location, Spa, Helpful staff

The hotel manager was demanding to double the price of the entire week booking when I was able to add a second person to my trip. It was unpleasant to deal with him and booking.com help center had to get Involved. All other staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was very kind, and available. The breakfast was very diversified (quality and quantity were good) The Hotel is well located.

Location is great, ski pistes are close, a lot of restaurants, shops... Breakfast is very good, a lot of choices.

Heating was very, very bad, it was pretty cold in the room. Furniture is very old.

Very tired interior, the shower sprayed everywhere except through the head ! Taps came off ! No heating in bathroom, bedroom was not exceptionally warm even with radiator on full

Food at the hotel at dinner was delicious and plentiful. The staff were friendly . It was great to be able to hire skis at the hotel and get the lift passes there.

A bit more shower gel would have been useful, but I did get some more. Being English I like my tea but I know by now to bring my own kettle.

Location is great. Close to the jandri gondola and oeufs Blanc's. Lots of bars and shops close by.

Under the beds were clearly not cleaned in some time, I dropped something and went to pick it up and saw weeks with of fluff and dirt. The food, hmm. Plentiful. But weird. Cold veg on the side, cold cauliflower, cold broccoli, cold cooked tomato covered in salty breadcrumbs? The list goes on. On the whole food was very basic but edible. One night, which we assume was the chef's night off, we got stuffed pasta in broth, which turned out to be stuffed pasta in the pasta water, horrid. Waiter when told cringed like he knew. Crispy pork, turned out to be paper thin slices of pork covered in salty bread crumbs. Not as imagined, roast pork with crackling.
