New, clean. Decent breakfast. Well appointed rooms

Staff were great. They were friendly and accommodating. Wonderful customer service. Rooms were spacious and clean.

At first, the rooms did have an unpleasant older smell. However, we did air out and it was fine. Overall a great hotel and would definitely got there again.

Sheets were extremely wrinkled, made you wonder.

Extremely comfortable accommodations (spacious room and very comfortable bed), plus an excellent hot breakfast in the mornings. We did not eat dinner, but the food looked good (we were actually surprised that dinner was offered!). The fact that our room rate included both dinner and breakfast makes this an extremely good value. It was an excellent location and convenient to the UF campus and Spurrier's Gridiron Grille, where we had a great dinner. We visited the Art Museum and the Natural History museum, which were both very good and we would highly recommend them.

We had absolutely no complaints, and would gladly stay again.

Excellent atmosphere, the food at night was a nice touch, breakfast in morning was fabulous, was clean, well kept, friendly staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.

Everything was great.

Além de um bom café da manhã, fomos positivamente surpreendidos com um farto lanche no final da tarde / início da noite, que incluiu também bebidas alcoolicas em quantidade limitada. O refrigerante, café e alimentação é servida a vontade.
