The room was clean.

We had issues opening our initial room assigned and the lady in charge downstairs did not came to see what was wrong with the lock after a couple of attempts from our part. After going downstairs a couple of times, she just gave us the key to another room noting that it was the last room she had and if it didn't open that it was the last room she had. Unfortunately, she did not have the best attitude. In addition, the room did not have sheets for the sofa bed, we paid for 6 guest to stay in the room and had to split the bed sheets from the 2 beds for the sofa bed so that our kids could sleep in it. We did not ask for more sheets due to the unwelcoming attitude from the front desk.

Staff muito rude no check in, nada solícitos. Uma moça em especial, não todas. Banheiro e chuveiro poderiam ser melhores.

Beds were comfortable

Our room was so dirty. The floors has not been swept. There was body hair in the shower. And the carpet was dirty with trash as well. I have never been to a dirty restaurant like this.

Honestly everything was great. I was so comfortable

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the spacious room, and the convenience of location.

I did not like the additional deposit required at check-in. Wish there was a continental breakfast available. Paid $5.00 for 4-slices of toast! Breakfast needs improvement!! When you are in a hurry to get to an appointment, and trying to get thru traffic, you don't have time to order a breakfast!

Cleanliness

No proper response from front desk. Until now i am asking for my second room invoice but thy are not bothered to respond

The staff was gracious and took extra time to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, and the facility was clean throughout. Great location. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

No complaints at all!
