The location was perfect and the facility itself really beautiful
We had brown water in our sink and shower. Not sure if this is a normal thing that happens but the gentleman at the front desk said we could go down and get bottled water to brush our teeth until it cleared up.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful.
Being nickel & dimed for a parking pass felt very low rent. Our room wasn't turned over after the first night. Found out this was hotel policy. Seems like a poor policy to me. Would stay somewhere else in the future.

Beds were comfy. Liked the spacious layout in our room. Nice fitness area. Everything was clean and in good repair. Covered parking.

very minimal utilities in the room, no tea bags, no slippers, shower caps etc
when we ask to the hotel, we cannot call, we have to get down to reception area

The rooms were very nice,big and clean! The beds were comfortable and the dark curtains worked very well!
Plus the rooms must be insulated well as you don’t hear other people or the shower or toilet flushing when someone is in there. We were very happy with our stay!
The only two things we didn’t like about the property would probably be the Breakfast isn’t free and the Parking Garage height for our vehicle was a little low, but we have a fairly tall truck so that made parking in the parking garage a little more challenging. Our Truck did fit but others taller than 7’ may not.
We did like the covered parking structure though! So overall it really wasn’t a deal breaker.

was a bit pricey. the patio was fabulous, but the time frame it was open on weekends could have been a little
later for more people to enjoy. especially during the summer, nice evenings and games days

Very nice, large room. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent location, right beside the Willamette River with walking path and within walking distance of a large number of restaurants and bars.
It's a little expensive.

It would have been nice to have a hot tub for the price we paid - also on weekdays there weren’t many guests, but the price was the same
