Great locate!!!
Could have been better if we could have fished, but too many boats and jet skis.

It's a Beautiful area
All the Dishes were Dirty... The Coffee Pot was Dirty I did not use it I bought Instant Coffee...

This property is close to Marble Falls and a couple state parks. The unit was warm and welcoming and the view of the lake from the back patio was beautiful. The lawn leading to the water was well kept with several seating areas to lounge. It was convenient how the unit was already opened for us with a designated parking spot and a key drop off for checkout. The chicken coop by the office was a very cute touch! The staff and owners were the highlight - very down to earth, friendly people who worked with me to quickly resolve a pricing issue with Booking. I plan on returning soon!
It might have just been our particular unit (cottage 10), but the shower was extremely small and the shower head
only sprayed to a corner. Since the shower head itself was barely 5 feet from the floor, a tall person might have some trouble.

Staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. Very relaxing vacation. Easy access to water for swimming, fishing, and water recreation activities. We look forward to bringing our children during our next stay.
No problems with the property! Our only problem was Booking.com told them we cancelled our reservation when we did not. Luckily, they were very accommodating and had space for us! They even gave us an upgrade for the same price!

Spacious dwelling - Gorgeous scenery - Courteous staff - Perfect location (close to DFW area) - Immaculate Facilities. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! Looking forward to next time, which will be VERY soon!!!!
We were fortunate enough to not have neighbors. However, the only suggestion we may have is: Have dividers to separate individual families in the cabins. Other than that, Valentine Lakeside is THE place!!!!!

We were actually unable to make the trip due to health issues, but our son stayed for one night in the room. Said it was pretty sparse and the site we booked thru said it had 2 double beds but son said only like twin beds and he is 6’ and his feet hung off the bed. Location was okay. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very nice and we had to pay for all 3 nights she apologized but said if we came again she might be able to work some discount out.
This property seems more like a place to stay when on a fishing trip. Over $500 for 3 nights we expected better accommodations.
