We were passing through this area and needed a place to stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and pretty large

We we’re moved through 3 different rooms !! First room the door didn’t close properly and the staff knew ahead of our stay and still booked us into it. Second room the tub didn’t drain and the black out shades were broken and the staff knew ahead of our stay and still booked us into it. Third room was not the same size but, they still charged the same rate per night. Neither time the manager had any interest in speaking to us. After check out we requested the manager call us and we never received a call. The next day (Wednesday) I called again and was told the manager was “in a meeting” as they were Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as well. I asked (at 11:10am) that they call me back by 2pm or I’d call the customer complaint line at H/O in Memphis TN. received no call back. at 2:10 pm Wednesday May 24 I called the complaint line and after detailing the entire visit was told I’d receive a response WITHIN 48 hours. it is now 61-1/2 hours later and still nothing.

Nice property, very clean and quiet, laundry room was useful, nice to have coffee and tea available at all times

Good coffee, room was clean, new reno, kitchenette was excellent, couch was a bonus, well laid out. Curtain between bedroom area and sitting area had a curtain for privacy if you wanted it. Largest elevators I have ever seen in a hotel.

Water pressure was inconsistent. Told the front desk. Needed some plumbing expertise. Walls thin. Listened to couple argue from 11 pm to 3 am next room over. A solid 8 and would probably stay there again.

Location was good. Loved having the mini kitchen.

It would've been nice to have gluten free bread option. The yogurt option was too sweet. The floor of the shower was on the slippery side. Egg option had too much onion.

Everyone was incredibly gracious and friendly I felt incredibly comfortable the entire stay

Hotel is new. Location is very near Tualip Casino and outlet stores. Ross for less, Kohls within short walk. Fast food and other restauarants close. Stanwood town and Camano Island worth visiting and short drive. 45 min from Seattle. Good breakfast, Nice bed. Good kitchen. Good coffee.

Train goes by at 630 am blowing horn but not too bad.

flies in 2 different rooms (dead flies swished into the roller blind phone didn’t work water temperature in shower (ok then scalding hot) tv kept kicking back to the main checkin menu on my last day. I had 3 hours until check out time breakfast was very disappointing I know they just opened recently so, hopefully all of this will get better. But I wish I would’ve chose a different hotel for my weekend away.

I had to pass by the hotel and turn around to gain access to the facility. Breakfast had a great selection, but as expected for a continental breakfast.
