I thought I was booking suites. But apparently I did not and so we had to shuffle children around to other families rooms to sleep.

I prepaid through booking.com to use my reward points, and the charge was on my credit card. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Indianapolis Fishers claimed the payment was declined, and I had to pay for the stay. As a result, I paid 400.00 dollars for a one-night stay. I had to contact booking and my bank to explain the situation and demand a refund from one or the other. Both did an investigation, and booking.com refunded my money after a month’s investigation. Also, it was an old white lady that checked me in with a nasty attitude and didn’t seem to care about my claim to have already paid, and I had proof.

We took our son to The Children's Museum of Indianapolis and this was a nice location to stay on our trip back to Ohio. Plenty of restaurant options was also a bonus. Would stay again.

I like that the location is off the highway and it is quite. The rooms are clean and the staff are prompt and friendly.

Great stay. Beds were really comfortable, bathroom was beyond clean (even the baseboards were sparkling which is rare for hotels). The staff was super friendly. We had a great stay. Best hotel we have stayed at
