I liked the convenience of the distance to the beach.

the first room we stayed in smelled horrible. at first we thought it was just the air conditioner. well then after a day my family became sick and we found black mold in the shower. my children were constantly coughing, swollen eyes, headaches, and my oldest (8) broke out in a rash. after really looking around we noticed there was water damage to the drop ceiling, so I figured there must be mold in the ceiling. we asked to switch rooms or get a refund. which I was offered 2 other rooms to look at. the first one had the same horrible smell and the last one smelled much better and seemed to have been gutted and renovated. after speaking with our neighbors they said that the room had a horrible smell but they thought it was just the air conditioner and humidity. they also were sick. kids coughing, swollen eyes, rash, constant running nose. they told me they seen “brown fuzzy mold” I feel the staff is great, and property is well maintained for the most part, but they have a mold problem that needs to be addressed instantly. I would not recommend staying in room 112,103,or 205. not really sure about any other rooms. 105 was the room we ended up in, which I would recommend. I feel the staff has knowledge of this issue but are trying to hide it. when we switched rooms I heard the manager tell a staff member not to put it in the books, just give us different keys. not sure what that was about but I can only assume because they know there is an issue and if it’s documented and nothing is done about it then it can cause them to get shut down. also it seemed that the staff knew instantly if we stepped out the door. which seemed kind of creepy since we never really seen the house cleaner.

The folks here were great! The value was tremendous! And we plan on making this an annual trip to stay here because it checked all of our boxes for our family!

the layout and garden was very nice.

the pool was cleaned only 1 time while we were there and perhaps because I asked when they’d clean it. they basically vacuumed the bottom because of so much sand. but I never saw them add chemicals or clean the sides. also the bldg needs paint. they should allow 4 ppl for the same price and not more expensive since the price was pretty steep to begin with.the bed was very uncomfortable. we woke up with body aches every morning. the coffee pot was dirty and had a brown ring inside the first time I was going to use it. I guess housekeeping doesn’t look into those thing, although we are required to clean all dishes before we leave.

The location right on the beach, and the view from my terrace were perfect. I could see and hear the ocean daily, and the guests in and around the pool were quiet too.

Each Apt. is decorated by the owner and well, some have good taste and ideas. Some not so much. For example, my unit had the ocean visible from all rooms, yet they placed the bed facing away from the ocean. I was surprised to see a regular coffee maker and toaster. Nothing current. (Keurig, a toaster oven.)I was also surprised there were no condiments and other needed items. Although I stayed for a week, I didn't want to buy salt, pepper, ketchup, napkins or paper towels. The office did give me a sponge, clean towels, toilet paper. At the end of a stay we are told to empty the refrigerator and freezer. It pained me to throw away a near full cartoon of almond milk, and sliced turkey. I planned well, so I didn't have much leftover. But why throw it out? Wouldn't the maintenance and cleaning folks like some free food? I bet some is even unopened. Such a waste.

Hotel was right on the beach and the room was clean and spacious .

The pool was a bit boring but clean and well maintained.

The people made it very welcoming and comfortable. The location was amazing.

The only complaint was the air conditioner next to the bed that was extremely noisy.

everyone working and even the people staying on property were super friendly and nice., the property was very clean and maintained nicely plus the location is primo!

nothing really. the outside can give a little bad impression on what on the inside as it really just needs a fresh paint job.

The public beach needs to be scrapped every day due to excessive seaweed. not the hotels fault.
