Location Facilty had everything one could want. Well equipped kitchen Easy parking Nice outdoor porch & grill Nice firepit.

2 double beds in BR made it crowded and hard to get around. A single double or queen would have been nice.

Cute, small, and clean. Located in a great area and could easily drive to many places.

One of the futons smelt like stale urine and the beds were uncomfortable without the box springs mattresses for support. The outside porch near the front stairs wasn’t may have needed a support beam because it sank/hung low whenever a person walked near it to go inside.

Walking distance to York beach.

Great location walkable and drivable to many fun places to visit. It was very clean and cozy.

Home has everything you need, we didn't use much of the kitchen items, but they were there. Loved dog friendly, beds were extra soft,

no walkway to door, just thru grass

What a gem! Generously furnished, lovely decor, large bathroom and full kitchen well appointed with all necessities. Could comfotably arrive with nothing but clothes and toothbrush. Outdoor space very convenient tor our pooch!

Please check the condition of the railings. Would appreciate a firmer mattress

The location is just down the street from York Beach. It's an easy 8 minute walk. This is a cottage, not an apartment. It's located in a camper area where there seems to be other rental properties and some residential properties. It definitely has a cottage feel and that is what you will get. It's in a great location as you can go to Short Sands or Long Sands Beach, Nubble Lighthouse and many restaurants within just a few minutes (by car). Kittery is 15 minutes south and Ogunquit is very close by. Take the scenic route.

This place was very clean and it has all the amenities you need, but the beds were so uncomfortable. For adults, the beds are much too soft. They definitely need to be replaced. The TV in the living room needs to be either replaced or looked at. There is a strong buzzing noise and the picture is off. The TV in the bedroom works fine. Please get a new grill. In the kitchen, the gas burner does not go low, even though it indicates that on the gas burner dials. Burnt food twice. For the price that I paid, I expected more quality. I thought this was very pricey for what we got for 3 days, mid week....
