It is quiet and secure. I love the area of Santa Clara/Ivins. It was nice to be able to park in a garage. The house was clean and comfortable.

The home was WONDERFUL. EVERYTHING you could ask for was there. The Home was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets, soap, dishes, pot and pans even some spices. Large clean refrigerator with ice.. Large open clean garage was nice to unload our cars in the heat of the day. SUPER excited to be able to check in a couple hours earlier than 4:00pm. Everything you could possibly need is in this house. I like the fact that the property is secure with an outside gate and code.

the key code on the front door is very challenging to open. It took approximately 8 tries before it opened successfully. With the heat and long travel the last thing you want to do is struggle to get in the house. The door was also a struggle to lock from the outside.

The Key pad on the garage didn't work. The lock box didn't work either. We were able to get in through the front door lock code. Once in we were able to use a garage door opener.

Such a late check in option of 4 pm. Requested an earlier check in of 3 pm but it immediately denied that.

Very responsive and helpful staff (booking.com had some problems with charging my card for some unknown reason, but the host took care of it; also great communication when I had some minor questions upon arriving at night -- responses were immediate). The house was very well equipped.

Minor things: slow WiFi (I had to do a few Zoom meetings and it was really difficult with the 5 mbps internet), the garage lock was not working well, so I had to use the main door each time after parking in the garage, the lock box didn't work so I never got the physical keys. But these were really minor things, the place was great overall.

Big space, nice bathrooms. Good location.

Picture on the listing is not at all what the house looked like. I also thought we booked a 3 bedroom house and it had 2 bedrooms when we arrived. The listing is misleading. I tried to call and email about it and received no response. House was very dusty when we arrived; washing machine did not latch.
