Pool was terrible needed some cleaning up

Needed updating inside for the price they are asking

Location, very clean, great breakfast, staff.

After speaking with the manager in the morning when checking out. I stated we should have not been put in the room we had. They were working on a construction project next door and started at around 5AM, yes 5AM. He stated they never knew when that crew was going to show up. It really wasn’t the Hotels fault, but still that was the only negative for this property. Otherwise, our stay was nice.

Love the pool. Nice clean linens. Enough towels and wash cloths. Convenient ice machine Enough parking. Nice. Washer dryer. Breakfast was great Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wasn't nothing we didn't like

The cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations All the staff winteractions were excellent and each staff member was courteous and friendly. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Do not hesitate to book this hotel.

My only suggestion is that the breakfast options could be expanded especially as it relates to the choice of sweet items.

Breakfast had good selections. All staff encountered was very friendly! Location was great.

Pool was nice but wished they had a hot tub. Beds were a little too soft.

Breakfast, pool

Dated but clean. Pull out sofa bed was probably from the 1980’s. Along with the mattress. Mattress was ripped and lumpy and worn out. Had to go to the office to get bedding for it because no one answered the desk phone. Asked if they had a better mattress but she said no and just gave me a mattress cover along with sheets and pillows. No idea how they get $190 a room here. Hallways are lined with Glade Plug-in and the smell is overwhelming.

it was a great location. Staff was friendly. Clean. Breakfast was great!

Our shower was nothing more than a drizzle out of the faucet. Literally the ONLY complaint.

Room was large and comfortable. .location was good.

Housekeeping did not come to get trash baskets or pick up towels and leave fresh ones for 2 days. Also breakfast buffet was not a buffet - dry cereal, a few muffins, some scrambled eggs or sausage gravy, not enough and very bland. Told no charge for emotional support dogs with documentation. We were charged $75.
