The hotel clean, comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was close to Arches and you could walk to most places in town
Our room was not the best. The carpet was so dirty we went and asked for some
Rugs to cover up the carpet and the guy said we can move you but it could be just as bad in another room. So we put blankets all
Over the room to cover up the floor. Our Tv never worked we would have them come and fix it and it would not work you couldn’t change the channel. The housekeeping started knocking on our door at 8:00 the day we was supposed to leave and we had untill 11:00 to check out. It was probably the worst experience we had staying in a hotel

Breakfast pretty good. Coffee nice and strong. Appreciated the oatmeal. Very comfortable bed and finally, pillows that weren't 2 feet hight.

Well kept property. Loved the complimentary use of the pushbikes- very handy. All amenities like a fridge, microwave and iron available in the room which we really liked. Nice breakfast included too.

No pets and no smoking--the entire place smelled great! And it was very clean. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had with plenty of variety and free coffee/hot chocolate all day. They also have ice makers on every floor and a filtered water dispenser near the pool area to refill our water bottles. Also, a great location right in the middle of Moab on the main street.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff - excellent breakfast with wonderful workers keeping it full and fresh for all of the guests. Loved the fresh cookies in the afternoon and the atmosphere was wonderful.
Nothing that I can think of - although I wondered if there is shampoo and conditioner in bottles on the wall of the shower - why not soap the same way - the bar soap is difficult to manage and wasteful.

Breakfast was great! Lot's of choices! The rooms were quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable with several pillows. Staff was great. Exercise room was very nice!
