Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, restaurant was great, fire pit was Awesome!

Staff is exceptional! Jennifer, in the Bar/Restaurant is by far the best to have worked at "Burger Theory". She has an incredible inviting friendly personality that exudes customer service. Also, Alvea, Jody and the rest of your check in staff are also warm, friendly and very welcoming.This is one of my favorite Hotels to stay at. The Rooms are always spotless and kept up to high standards as the rest of rhe Hotel is also.

The pay coffee machine is really a joke. Everytime, I've used it, it wasn't working. Most other Hotels I stay in throughout the Country offer free Coffee in the Lobby area.

Amenities were great

The breakfast was just a continental breakfast for $14. I would of rather gone to Cracker Barrel and had a better breakfast for roughly the same price

Nothing much. A generally bad stay.

Unhelpful staff had no concept of what a ‘quiet room’ is and made out I was being difficult for wanting one, despite requesting before arrival and receiving and acknowledgment that it would not be a problem. First room was next to the (very noisy) elevator. Next room smelt like a dog had died in there. Next room had been smoked in. Finally I accepted a ‘downgrade’ room from what we had paid (in advance) for just to be in a quiet location. But due to the paper thin walls allowing all bathroom ‘activity’ from neighbouring rooms to be clearly heard, even that was not exactly quiet. And to top it all I had to argue and press hard to get a refund for the difference in price of the downgraded room. The hotel is busy with construction workers, working on the huge roadworks outside, so they don’t seem to care about simple weary travellers. They currently don’t need our business. But one day the workers will move and vacation travellers like us will not return due to. ding treated badly. Maybe the. they will realise the value of treating people with care and respect. But somehow I doubt it.

Very clean, very quiet. Very relaxing, nice bed. Big room. Quiet outer hallway.

Limited food choices in only hotel restaurant. Had to get my luggage to my room myself, no offer to help me at all by hotel staff.
