awesome, relatively simple place right on the water. comfortable and clean. great price. We plan to return!

It was fine with me but no that this is a relatively no-frills property. You book here for peace and quiet and to relax.

Location excellent. Sadly did not see any staffing everything g was really good. Will certainly hope to stay there again.

The room was a good size and in a great location with easy access.

There is a bit of deferred maintenance, particularly in the bathroom, and the bed was not very comfortable.

The only complaints my wife and i had was there was there was not any place to unpack our suitcases into. There was one desk with 2 small drawers. So had to live out of the suitcases on the floor. I would have been nicer if the café was open too, but we already new it wasn't going to be. Other then that it was a very nice place and we had a good stay.

This a a gem of and Inn. It was the quietest lodging we have ever been in with lots of charm. We had very spacious accommodations that were immaculate. There are only 7 rooms and everyone was delightful to interact with. Gulfport is a funky little town with two main streets and quite a few restaurants. Our two favorites were Pia's and Stellas. The inn is directly across the street from Boca Ciega Bay and our room had a nice bay view. It is a small beach that is not crowed at all. We made this trip to celebrate our 56th Anniversary and wanted to just chill out on the beach, relax and read.

We were only there for 3 nights and would have liked to be there longer.

The room was large enough to have a seating area and had a little space outside with seating.

There was NO staff to greet us and get us settled I to the room. The man working on the AC had to call and then she had me call a direct number to speak to her. She told me the room was open and we could go in. The next day I called to let her know we were running out of toilet paper. This was around noon. We got toilet paper the next day - about 24 hrs from the time of my call. We had run out and make a trip to the store to buy some ourselves. Upon time to check out there was no one there for that either and no one, including other guests, knew what to do. Everyone said they had no instructions. The Cafe that we were led to believe would be open for breakfast was closed. We had no notification of this before arriving. The AC did not cool well and there were drain flies in the bathroom. The view was not as advertised. There is a wall that is part of an ADA ramp right in front of the room (key largo) that blocked the water view. We would never stay here again. We have stayed in about twenty bed and breakfasts over the years and this was very disappointing.

It was a cute little place which we had all to ourselves and it served the purpose for us. It was clean and cozy.

More air flow into the bedroom area. A/C was in other room. Beach across the street was nice to look at but terrible to use(not their fault)

Location was great, right across the street from the beach. The room was large. Did not eat at hotel restaurant but there were many restaurants within walking distance who had excellent food at reasonable prices. Loved the town of Gulfport, we will definitely be back.

We would have eaten at hotel restaurant but food was pricey. Fifteen dollars for bacon & eggs was a little much. Would have preferred coffee maker in the room.

The facility is in need of updating which according to their website is in the works. I hope they keep the footprint of the building. It is truly old Florida!

Perfect place, great little hideaway type place. Staff was sweet, friendly, thoughtful. Room was clean. Its not a 5 star hotel but it's really cute, clean and great location.
