The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for the locations we visited. It was close to the interstate, but not on a busy road, so it was quiet.

There is a limited amount of parking, so sometimes finding a spot was tricky.

Overall, the hotel was was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what my family went for.

The only thing that bothered me was that the upstairs people kept running and jumping like they were playing outside. I had an infant me with and made it hard for her to nap and to sleep. I also did not like that there were no phones in the room to call downstairs.

This is our second time in six months to stay here. We will continue to book when we need something in the area.

I loved the room and how quiet everything was

I did not like that they put a additional $240 hold on the card that did NOT go towards the damage deposit or room fee. They just put a charge on there for no reason and will only be reversed after you check out. I don't understand it as well as how we were not told about this charge prior nor was it anywhere on our notes about the hotel or made public by the hotel prior to booking a room there. Then on top of that we had a $100 damage charge that we had to pay prior to getting into the room . So in total we ended up paying about $700+ for a hotel room that was only supposed to be about $300. It was ridiculous. I wish they would have made their additional charges public so we could have been aware of them . These charges can put an extreme strain on patrons if they were not prepared for them.

Very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Shower was great. Roomy bathroom.

Everything including staff member Mrs. Betty and Mrs. Danielle at the front were exceptional professional. Also, the hotel was very clean and quiet.
