Location

Tired hotel with minimal hospitality. Shower was blocked, noisy aircon (reported & not fixed) which made it really hard to sleep. Room was very dark & dingy.

This is a very cute hotel in an old heritage building. Lovely furnishings and an excellent restaurant and bar.

No breakfast was included, had to purchase it, and the pastries were stale. Staff were unfriendly, and the room had a drainage issue. Very expensive considering no breakfast, pool, gym, etc. and average service.

Staff are lovely and attentive - very approachable and action-oriented when I identified issues. Excellent food and bakery. Super location.

first room (prior to change) - small room, no desk (not conducive to business travellers) and the sink/mirror being outside the bathroom was pretty weird. Blocked bathroom drain and geckos in the room were not good. After the room change, things were better with a desk, better amenities and cleaner premises

Mattress was very comfortable. Great decor. My wife and I like the option of four different pillows. Really well located.

Bathtub leaks, stopper does not make a seal. Rain shower head needs de-scaling. Shower area has mould between tiles. In room broucher is in tatters. In room menu is not updated, had to be disturbed after placing order to be notified the items were no longer available, and the price had gone up a lot. We somehow werent allowed in the private bar (for hotel guest and members only), although it clearly states that hotel guest can enter on their website and on the in room broucher. Sink had hair from previous guest or house keeping. Front door wasn't managed at times.

I think they provide shower holder for bath room. i saw dirty one in the bath room

The room was extremely beautiful and comfy. The service was obviously exceptional. It was strategically located near the SCBD with many restaurants and hangout places.
