Great location, well apointed kitchen, decent size. Beautiful view to the lake.
The room was advertised as having a communal hotub for each building it was drained. We chose this rental because it mentioned hot tub. Also it advertised a communal laundry room. The keys provided did not allow access to Laundry room door. Furnishings are seeing some wear but it was ok for me.

The location is amazing! It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it!

Best location right on the lake with Mountain View and sailboats raising. Bicycle shop and good restaurants right around the corner. Enjoyed the deck with a glass of wine. We used the kitchen for breakfast and replaced the broken toaster. Everything was wonderful and we loved the place.

everything was dated and in need of updating. Wi-if was down and apparently an issue with the previous guests but that was not mentioned before.

Need new outlets-outlets did not hold our equipment plugs, they kept falling out.
Need new room darkening window treatments- the bedroom faced the front of the building with a light right outside the window. the blinds were tattered and did not fully closed for privacy.
The step between the kitchen and living room was somewhat dangerous.
It would be helpful to have a welcome book with all the info to explain the features of the condo such as how to use the TV/cable, location of the hot tube, location of the washer/dryer, etc
The condo was clean but could use a paint job.

View of Lake Dillon was beautiful
No Kleenex in condo. Curtains in bedroom did not block out window and you could see in.
Construction going on in next building was loud
