Room was clean, appointed and spacious, as you'd expect from a Best Western.

This location should screen its clientele better. When I arrived at my room, there were a few semi-shady looking folks hanging outside their rooms, smoking, eyeballing me a little. Slightly seedier vibe than your usual Best Western....more "Motel 6" honestly. Heard lots of crazy, loud rambling voices throughout the night through walls, then some kind of serious assault occurred directly outside my room at 3 am. Lots of noise, police, fire department didn't leave until after dawn. No idea what happened but it definitely involved violence and intoxication.... Didn't seem like a random event, place looked well-stocked with rowdy types. Never will consider staying there ever again. Not safe. No security guards seen anywhere. This is what you'd expect at a cheap motel, but not at BW, which charges almost 2 hundred a night.

No hot water! When we checked out they said they called everyone and advised a pipe burst. We never got a call as we checked in at 5pm.

Burnt jello trick. The reservation was easy the cancellation was a waste of time to me and mine. Then told news that I wasn't allowed to stay with a smile no compassion or empathy whatsoever

Location was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Pet relief area was a great plus. Hotel landscaping nice.

It was not a reasonable priced Best Western.
